  • Scout camper parents: GrubMoney

At the last committee meeting, the troop SPL and Scoutmaster addressed the issue of grubmaster funds. In order to assist the Scouts to purchase food for campouts, grub money will be due for those signed up the week before a campout. Please send in $15 grubmaster money.
To help everyone remember, it is listed on the calendar and in the weekly email. Food planning and budgeting will be accomplished the week before campouts most months. Those signing up for camp the Thursday of camp week or not bringing food monies the week before may need to provide their own food for campout. The boys are now in charge of tracking funds in their grubmaster books and preparing a list of meals and food. The goal is to help the boys plan an organized camp with the tools and funds needed to purchase food in a timely manner. On that note this week is grubmaster week. The Scouts appreciate your help.
Enjoy!Chris Durnan
